The secret to my design is that from the beginning of our design process, i'm thinking about what is the material for the building, what is the finish of the building. In the normal process of architecture, the decision of the material is often the last part of the design. I think that causes many mistakes. The decision for the material should come at the beginning of the design.
Architecture is a passion, a vocation, a calling - as well as a science and a business. It has been described as a social art and also an artful science. Architecture provides, in the words of Marcus Vitruvius, the great Roman architect and historian, "firmness, Commodity and delight." Architecture provides a sense of place and support of all types of human activity. Architecture helps the man-made fit in harmony with the environment while promoting health and well-being, enriching lives aesthetically and spiritually, providing economic opportunities, and creating a legacy that reflects and symbolizes culture and traditions.

Architecture was always about a broader context that is not just about building and constructing. I see architecture as not only creating spaces, but also giving space to the products that belong in them. I'm not a city planner. I'm much more of a domestic, face-to face kind of person. I design for people. Our designs are appealing to a new generation that appreciates the warm, tactile minimalism that characterises our work.
I want to live by inspiration and concretize inspiration in space and light. Architecture can be a gift left for others to enjoy architecture together with landscape reality - a special place, a place that is alive - inspires alive.
